There are many types of smoothies, and their healthfulness depends on their ingredients, as well as their proportions. Many include a large proportions of fruits and vegetables, which is considered to be a healthy smoothie.

Some smoothies can be very useful and effective in weight loss. They are helpful in limiting calorie intake, or can be used as a meal replacement.

This smoothie recipe I am going to share, is very healthy and a natural fat burner. It is very helpful in losing weight and burning body fats effectively.


  • 1 cucumber
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 apple
  • 8 to 10 mint leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • Crushed ice (optional)

How to make

  1. Take 1 cucumber, peel it, and cut it into slices.
  2. Take 1 apple, peel it, and cut it into slices.
  3. Take a blender, and add cucumber slice, juice of one lemon, apple slices, and mint into the blender,
  4. Add one cup of water in it, and blend it well.
  5. Smoothie is ready, pour it in a glass and add some crushed ice, if you want. Enjoy!!
