A smoothie with an exotic touch based on grapefruit, lime, ginger and papaya. All well blended and sweetened with spoonfuls of honey. And here is an energetic and refreshing breakfast ready.
Beverage per 4 people
For approx. 4 glasses of approx. 1.5 l
- ½ papaya
- 10 g of ginger
- 1 limetta
- 2 grapefruits
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 sprigs of mint
- Peel the papaya, halve it lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into cubes. Finely grate the ginger. Halve the lime and grapefruits and squeeze them. Transfer all the ingredients up to and including the honey into a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender. Refrigerate the smoothie. Garnish with mint and serve with ice cubes to taste.
Grapefruit Schorle: squeeze a grapefruit and mix the juice with the same amount of water.
