How difficult to get a perfect fudge for a nice gooey brownies☺

Its not that difficult, it just take little passions and perfect timing. For a perfect, fluffy, gooey, and fudged brownie you need all ingredients and proper instructions.

LOW CALORIC BROWNIES ...

Sugary treats are unhealthy and there are so many calories but if we use low caloric sugar and healthy alternatives for the recipe it will become a healthy and perfect treat for those who want to eat a healthy and low caloric treat on there cheat days.

FIRST RECIPE : ( LOW CALORIC BROWNIE)

1 : LOW CALORIC BROWNIE. ( probably its a little low caloric version of fudge and moist brownies )

INGREDIENTS :

Wet ingredients :


  • 12 tablespoon greek yogurt (non fat)
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tablespoon Skimmed milk

Dry ingredients :

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 8 tablespoons stevia based sweetener
  • 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Grease (8×8) square pan
  2. Preheat oven on 400°F
  3. Put all wet ingredients in a large bowl and mix it until its combine.
  4. Add dry ingredients slowly and fold the batter until its combine.
  5. Pour the batter in a pan and bake it for 15 minutes.
  6. Let it cool before cutting the brownie into 9 large square pieces.

CALORIES:

  • 35 calories per piece.

SECOND RECIPE : ( SWEETENED FUDGE, MOIST, AND GOOEY BROWNIES)

2 : SWEETENED BROWNIES : ( fudged chocolatey brownies )

INGREDIENTS :

Wet ingredients :

  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 140ml vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 2 large egg ( room temperature)

Dry ingredients :

  • 3/4 cup Refined sugar
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

INSTRUCTION :

  1. Grease (20×20)cm square pan.
  2. Preheat oven on 150°C for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt dark chocolate and butter.
  4. Mix sugar and eggs.
  5. Add butter and chocolate mixture in sugar and eggs until its combine .
  6. Add flour cocoa powder and fold the mixture don't over mix fold it until its combine.
  7. Pour the mixture in pan.
  8. Bake it for 20 minutes.
  9. Let it cool and cut it in 20 pieces.

CALORIES :

112 calorie per serving.

TIMING :

PREP : 12minutes

BAKING TIME : 20 minutes

TOTAL : 32 minutes.
