Rusty Brown and Caramelized
Since I am using the potatoes that absorbed the duck fat, soy sauce, butter, pepper and better burger seasoning from roasting the duck, I'm not putting anything but potatoes in the pan.

Place a single layer of potatoes in the electric frying pan. I started the pan on 300 degrees, and later my hubby turned it up to 350. You have to stand there with the higher heat and flip the potatoes over more often to avoid burning.
