Egg Free Bakery Style Cookies

How to Make Bakery Style Cookies
A cookie is a baked or cooked food that is small, flat, and sweet. It usually contains flour, sugar, and some type of oil or fat. It may include other ingredients. It is super moist and has egg-free dough.

Step 1
- Beat: Beat the butter at room temperature for thirty seconds. Now add 100 grams of icing sugar or powdered sugar.
Step 2
- Sift with sieve: Now combine the flour, cornflour, and salt in one place and sift it and put it in a bowl, and beat it till it mixes well.
Step 3
- Knead the dough: Beat three teaspoons of milk in a bowl. Knead the dough until it becomes soft and crumbly and rolls well.
Step 4
- Shape: Now roll the flour. The thickness of cookies should be ¼ inch. Now make any shape you want with the help of a cookie cutter or a knife.
Step 5
- Baking: Now carefully place the cookies in the cake pan. Place the pressure cooker on the stove. Place a plate inside the pressure cooker.
(So that the cookies do not get too hot). And place the pan with the cookies on top of the plate.
- Cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
- Bake in the oven at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes.
Bake until cookies are browned. Very moist cookies are ready. Serve them with tea.
Ingredients
- 100g or 8 tablespoon butter, (unsalted)
- 100g or 15 tablespoon sugar, powdered
- 200g or 1 cup or 10 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 2-3 pinch salt
- 3 teaspoon milk
- Different cookies cutter
- 1 Beater
Instructions
- Do not add three tablespoons of milk together while making the dough. Add 1 tablespoon first and beat. Then add another spoon and beat and then the third.
- If the dough doesn't roll well, refrigerate it for a while.
- You can customize the cookies to your liking. You can make cookies again with the rest of the dough.
- You can enhance the taste of cookies by adding semi-sweet chocolate.
- And you can save them in an airtight jar.
