Hubby and I went to an Easy Wind Buffet and I finally was brave enough to try the egg Soup.
Theirs was good. Eggy pieces, miscellaneous pieces of things I could not identify. Theirs was thickened. Almost like an egg white consistency. Not egg white since it's a hot soup and the eggs turn hard.
I chopped some sweet pepper and onions and sauteed them in butter on medium heat until they showed some browning. Then, two cups of chicken stock was added.
