Egg Soup - Floating Egg Ribbons

Hubby and I went to an Easy Wind Buffet and I finally was brave enough to try the egg Soup.

Theirs was good. Eggy pieces, miscellaneous pieces of things I could not identify. Theirs was thickened. Almost like an egg white consistency. Not egg white since it's a hot soup and the eggs turn hard.

I chopped some sweet pepper and onions and sauteed them in butter on medium heat until they showed some browning. Then, two cups of chicken stock was added.

Squirt syringe filled with thinned egg into boiling broth. Eggs will turn into ribbons.
