Recipe for making vegetable pizza:
PIZZA DOUGH: Put two cups of flour in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of yeast, two teaspoons of sugar, and salt and mix well.
Now add a quarter cup of warm milk and a tablespoon of oil and mix well. kneaded with warm water. Add the remaining oil and knead for two to three minutes.
The kneaded flour should not be too hard or too soft. Oil the pot and knead the dough for an hour so that it doubles in size.
TOPPING: Place a frying pan over low heat for 5 minutes. Cut all vegetables into cubes or thin slices. Now spread the flour well in the pan and mark it with the help of a fork. Now put the pizza sauce well on it, then spread a little oregano and spread the cheddar cheese.
Now add the vegetables and add the black olive or green olive, then spread the cheese and oregano on top. And put oil on the side.
BAKING: Turn the stove on very low and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Delicious vegetable pizza is ready.
