Easy Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
For the cake:
- 2 big eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or lemon zest
- 1 cup and half all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
chocolate sauce:
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- First, mix the eggs, sugar and butter.
- Add vanilla or lemon zest ,as prefered, milk and stir.
- Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder and add them to the egg mixture.
- Blend everything out to get a smooth and creamy batter.
- Finally, add vinegar.
- In a preheated oven, place the cake in 180° for about 40 min.
The garnish
- Heat up the milk and add it to chocolate to be melted.
- Garnish your cake and place it in the fridge.
