Easy Moist Chocolate Cake

For the cake:

  • 2 big eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or lemon zest
  • 1 cup and half all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar

chocolate sauce:

  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup milk


  1. First, mix the eggs, sugar and butter.
  2. Add vanilla or lemon zest ,as prefered, milk and stir.
  3. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder and add them to the egg mixture.
  4. Blend everything out to get a smooth and creamy batter.
  5. Finally, add vinegar.
  6. In a preheated oven, place the cake in 180° for about 40 min.

The garnish

  • Heat up the milk and add it to chocolate to be melted.
  • Garnish your cake and place it in the fridge.
