Easy Beef Barbecue Sandwich Recipe
Haley is a professional nerd who is paid to break stuff. Her spare time is filled with video games—mostly RPG and FPS.
Growing up in Texas, I ate my fair share of both barbecue and beef. After growing up and moving out of my home state, I began to search for a replacement meal. Although this recipe isn't a dry rub, nor is it cooked overnight in a smokehouse, it almost makes the cut.
This recipe can be made three different ways (all easy), so it can fit in any lifestyle.

What to serve with homemade BBQ sandwiches
These sandwiches can be part of a healthy meal, it all depends on serving size and what you serve with them. You serve up a pile of fried french fries, or potato chips and it becomes a standard fatty meal.
However, if you serve the sandwiches with a fruit salad, a green salad, or baked green beans it becomes a healthy filling meal that is neither hard on your waist line or your wallet.
