Grill the fish fillets

Place a pan on a medium flame and sprinkle a little oil on it. When the oil is hot, fry the fish fillets in it. Add salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, and pepper to the flats, and add lemon juice. Grill it on both sides and once the fillets are lightly golden, transfer them to a plate.

Make the sauce

For the sauce, place a pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Lightly fry and then transfer them to a grinder jar. Grind them into a thick powder mixture. Now put another pan on medium heat and add chopped garlic and butter. Press until the butter melts, then add the remaining sugar along with the salt and pepper powder. Mix it well until the mixture becomes fragrant.

Step 3

Remove the sauce from the heat, add the sheets. Garnish with chopped parsley and rosemary. Serve hot grilled fish at home in hot garlic butter and enjoy!
