  • In a large mixing bowl, add flour, 2 tablespoons of oil, and salt. Mix well for 5.

  • Turn it over, spread it out a little, turn it over again and apply a little oil.
  • Fry on medium heat for about 3 minutes on both sides, then remove from the pan.
  • To assemble the roll, place a paratha on a smooth surface.
  • Add the roasted chicken filling.
  • Then spread 1 teaspoon of onion mixture on the whole chicken and some chopped coriander leaves.
  • Now roll the paratha firmly with the filling inside.
  • Wrap half the roll with butter paper or tissue.
