Bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burritos are delicious. Bacon has developed a reputation of being well loved. Many people out there just love bacon!
Soft, warm flour tortillas that have been warmed in the oven and layered with fresh and hot bacon, eggs and cheese (then rolled up into a delicious breakfast burrito) might be just the tasty breakfast that you have been looking for!
In our family, we even make these bacon, egg and cheese burritos at dinner time, sometimes!

A package of raw bacon purchased at the grocery store will typically include the written directions that recommend cooking the bacon in the oven for 8 minutes (350 degrees F) then removing the bacon from the oven, flipping the strips of bacon over with a spatula or tongs and then baking the bacon for an additional 8 minutes.
You can cook the bacon this way then add the fully cooked bacon to the stove top pan that the eggs are cooking in, as shown in the food photo below.
In this instance, I did not scramble the eggs. The eggs are more sunny side up with a soft center. The egg yolk is soft and delicious.
After both the bacon and eggs have been cooked, you can add some cheddar cheese in last and it will melt quickly.
