Deep Fried Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwiches Recipe
Yes its for real. Here we have the recipe for deep fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that will have you wondering now why didn't I ever think of that. They are so delicious and really easy to make so just follow along and before you know it you will be amazing your children with this really unique deep fried item.
You Will Need For Your Recipe
1. A Loaf Of Fresh White Bread.
2. Jiffy Smooth Peanut Butter.
3. Grape Jelly.
4. Powdered Sugar.
5. Whole Milk.
6. Large Eggs.
7. Home Deep Fryer Filled With New Fresh Vegetable Oil And Pre Heated To 350 Degrees.
8. 2 Cups Self Rising Flour.
9. 1 Cup White Sugar.
For each deep fried sandwich you will want to trim the crusts from your bread and smear a thin coating on your bread. Add a spoon of grape jelly and spread it out over the top of the peanut butter. Put your peanut butter and jelly sandwich together and crimp your edges with the tines of a fork.Dip your sandwich quickly into a well beaten milk and egg mixture and then into your mixed flour and sugar.
Now drop your breaded peanut butter and jelly sandwich into your home deep fryer that is preheated to 350 degrees and fry until golden brown. Drain on a bed of paper towels and then sprinkle well with powdered sugar.
You won't believe how great this deep fried treat is. And people will be amazed at what you've made.
Add Bananas To Your Sandwich To Jazz It Up To Another Level
You can if you wish to jazz this sandwich up a notch or two add a layer of thin sliced fresh bananas to the sandwich. You'll end up with a sandwich that will truly be the best thing you've ever tasted in your life.
