Date - Banana Smoothies
There are many food recipes that we can try at our homes. Which includes sunnah foods. Many sunnah foods have scientifically proven for benefits of good health.
Dates and fruits are one of most recommended foods with good source of vitamins and minerals.
1. 5 pitted dates.
2. 1 banana.
3. 1 glass of milk.
4. 2 teaspoon of cocoa powder.
5. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend away until it becomes smooth and creamy.
2. Stir it.
