Crispy Hotdog Nuggets

I am a chef who loves to cook, write recipes, and grow my own ingredients.

Hot dog is one of the most popular processed meat all over the world. It is usually made with chicken, pork or beef. However, in some places, they use fish or even game meat like reindeer. Hotdogs may be cooked by frying, grilling or steaming. It can be served as it is on a stick or with buns or rice. Let me share to you a simple recipe with a twist on my favorite hotdog, which I call crispy hotdog nuggets.
