Homemade courgettes are the best to taste ever.

— Agnes Laurens

Soup is one of those recipes that you could variety with. There exist so many sorts of soups, tastes that is different, even from one of the same soup.

I love to make my own soups, especially when it is made with ingredients from what I sed myself. It tastes so much better.

This time I made you a courgette soup with big courgettes from my own garden last year. This is a recipe I tried out last winter. I hope you love it too.

  • 3 big courgettes
  • 3 big unions
  • 6 small potatoes
  • fresh basil
  • fresh parsley
  • garlic powder
  • fresh dill
  • fresh mint

  1. Boil water within the pan while you chop all the vegetables.
  2. Chop all the vegetables and the potatoes.
  3. Put it all together in the pan with water.
  4. Add garlic powder, fresh mint, fresh basil, fresh dill, fresh parsley.
  5. Let everything cook for about 3 hours.
  6. Turn off the fire.
  7. Wait for an hour.
  8. Put everything in the blender to make all the vegetables smooth.

Instead of potatoes, you also can add 2 middle-sized sweet potatoes. The taste is better.

Yes, I love doing that as well. It is all the rewards you get when you make recipes with all the harvested ingredients. What do you make from your own garden?
