Corn Tortilla Quesadilla - When You Didn't Buy Flour Tortillas
Heat meat with sauteed veggies. Butter tortillas and build like a grilled cheese sandwich. Butter side down. Filling and cheese. Second tortilla on top.
Check under for browning. Flip over. Brown second side.
