Corn - Growing Sweet Corn

Hubby planted sweet corn. Two rows. Plant a piece of corn, called a kernel.

The corn germinated, grew a stalk. Sprouted tassels, then, filled an ear full of corn.

An ear, is the cob with corn on it.

The tassels have pollen and the ears grow silk, which is on the top of the ear. The pollen mates with the silk and the corn starts to form kernels.

Yes. It's like my corn is pregnant.
