During one of my trials in the kitchen, I discovered this yummy recipe.
I am so excited to share it with all of you.
Seafood in general is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids that is great for skin and hair health.

Serves one person
Clamy Clam Noodles
- Egg Noodles - 150 g
- Water to cook the noodles
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Hoisin sauce - 1 thick drop
- Cooked clams - 50 g
- Dried cilantro/coriander leaves
Boil water in a pot. Once the water is boiled, add the egg noodles to the pot and cook in medium heat till the noodles are well cooked.
When the noodles are getting cooked, add the soy sauce and minced garlic. Sprinkle some salt as per taste. Add in a drop of hoisin sauce. Taste at this stage. Adjust hoisin sauce as per your flavour needs. I personally felt that one thick drop adds enough flavour to the dish.
Add the pre-cooked clams. Once the flavours blend, garnish with some dried or fresh cilantro/coriander leaves. This step is important because cilantro is not only a garnish but also enhances the flavour of the meal.
Serve this yumminess in a bowl preferably with chopsticks and a spoon.

Tip to note
Hoisin sauce can add a great flavour to the dish with just a thick drop. Try a thick drop first. Add more if needed.
