Christmas Dessert Recipe #1: Dark chocolate fudge
Dessert Recipe for dark chocolate fudge:
Ingredients:
- 3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Method:
In heavy pan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk. Switch off the heat. Stir in 1 cup of walnuts and vanilla. Pour the batter into aluminum foil lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Transfer fudge onto cutting board. Remove the aluminium foil and cut the fudge into squares. Enjoy this delicious dessert fudge along with your kids.
Christmas Dessert Recipe #2: rice pudding

Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe for Christmas rice pudding:
Add cooked rice, milk, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat and stirring often for 20 minutes. Now add cranberries and lemon. Cook for 10 more minutes. Switch of the heat and add vanilla. Transfer into serving dishes. Christmas rice pudding is ready now.
Christmas Dessert Recipe #3: Coconut cookies
Christmas Dessert Recipe for coconut cookies:
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Melt butter over medium heat. Now add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Let it cool then add eggs and vanilla. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add coconut, pecans and mix well. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Kids will love this Christmas sweet treat dessert and you will enjoy this delicious coconut macaroons too.
