I do have some Spikes and do like it. This is a very interesting and useful topic and reminds me to start using Spikes more often instead of table salt. I do use sea salt but less of that is probably good thing as well.

You've made some very good points here Jan...I like how you pointed out that sea salt isn't much better than idodized salt (for your sodium level). Most people think sea salt is the miracle salt they can eat without limit. Sounds like a good product but I'm going to have to hunt for it around here too.
