Butter 200 grams
Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
Flour 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence 3 to 4 drops
Kokum butter chocolate bar 50 grams
How to make brownies:
Beat three large eggs in a bowl. This will make it creamy. Then mix a little sugar in it and beat it. It will make its texture creamy. Then add melted butter and beat it.
Now add cocoa powder to it. If you are not a chocolate lover, you can add less chocolate. Then add three to four drops of vanilla essence.
Now it's time to add kokum butter chocolate. Add small pieces of kokum chocolate and beat a little.
Now add flour and beat until the flour is not visible.
And now put butter paper in a tray and put the mixture in it. The size of the tray should not be too big as it will bake quickly and not keeping the size too small will make the brownies thicker and take more time.
Now bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 or 25 minutes. Now check after 20 minutes and after baking, take it out of the oven.
Put it in a tray and cut it into small pieces with a knife, dish it out, and put fruit or ice cream in the middle.
Delicious chocolate brownies are ready.
