Chocolate Caramel Cups


  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp + ¼ cup
  • Salt 1/8 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup chocolate
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Butter 2 tbsp


In a saucepan, add 2 tbsp of corn flour, 4 tbsp of sugar, 1/8 tbsp of salt and mix well all these ingredients then add 1 cup of milk in it. Again mix it well and add ¼ cup of chocolate in it and keep stir on medium flame and cool it until it thickens.

Then fill the serving cups half with this prepared mixture and keep them in fridge for 25 to 30 minutes.

Then in one cup of milk add 2 tbsp of cornflour and mix it well.

After that on medium flame, in a saucepan add ¼ cup of sugar and caramelized the sugar then add 2 tbsp of butter in this caramelized sugar & mix it well & then add the prepared (milk and cornflour) mixture in it & keep stir on medium flame & cook it until it thickens.

Then add this prepared mixture on half-filled servings cups (that was kept in the refrigerator) & again keep that cups in the refrigerator until it sets.

Then serve these cups with some almond slices and chocolate rice & Your Chocolate Caramel Cups are ready to serve.
