Chinese Chicken Pocket Snacks
Lets get started , making this yummy and quick snack.
- 1/2 cup chicken, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 10 wonton wraps, pre ready
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, dried
- 1/2 cup oil, for frying
Take a small pan. Turn on stove on medium heat.
Add 4 table spoon or less cooking oil in pan, sauté in 1 minced garlic, 1 medium diced onion till translucent.
Now add in half a cup of finely diced chicken, sauté the chicken till it changes color.
Now time to Spice things up, here I'm adding some black pepper, white pepper and salt to taste, you can totally add any spice you like.
Add one tablespoon of soy sauce , you can also add variety of sauces in a little amount like hot sauce or vinegar.
Now take a samosa wrap or wonton wrap or crepe cut in a square, place a tablespoon filling in middle of wrap carefully fold and seal wrap with egg wash as shown in picture.
Cover in beaten egg, and then cover in Breadcrumb.
Fry your wraps in some oil on medium heat, and they are ready to enjoy.
