Smoked Chicken Malai Boti



  1. Chicken breast boneless 1/2 kg
  2. Ginger Garlic paste 1 Table spoon
  3. Green chilies 4 small
  4. Lemon juice 2 Table spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper 1/4th tea spoon
  7. White Pepper 1tea spoon
  8. Cream 2 Table spoon
  9. Yogurt 3 Table spoon
  10. Mayonnaise 2 Table spoon
  11. Oil 2 Table spoon


To Grill Chicken Malai Boti

  1. Blend ginger garlic paste, green chilies and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. In a bowl add this mixture along with cream, yogurt ,mayonnaise, salt, whitepaper, black pepper and oil.
  3. Now put the boneless chicken in the marinade and leave it for at least an hour.
  4. Now thread the chicken cubes in skewers.
  5. Grill in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 18 minutes or until soft.
  6. When the chicken is half done spray some more oil on it if u like.
  7. If you are using wooden skewers soak them first before using.

To Smoke Chicken Malai Boti

  1. In a deep pot put the Chicken Botis.
  2. Put the foil in the middle and place hot coal on the foil, leaving the top of the foil open to allow the smoke to penetrate.
  3. Pour 2-3 drops of oil on the hot coal.
  4. Immediately cover the pot with a lid for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve the chicken skewers with Naan, Fresh salad and your choice of dip and enjoy.
