How to Make Easy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

A homemaker mixing some ingredients and turning them into delicious recipes with a lot of nutritional value. Recipes are very simple to try.



  1. Chicken broth 1 cup
  2. Chicken breast cut in thin strips 1cup
  3. Heavy cream 1cup
  4. Garlic cloves 2 finely minced
  5. Egg yolk 1
  6. Grated cheese 1cup
  7. Salt and blackpepper to taste
  8. Fettuccine pasta boiled 3 cups
  9. Parsley for garnish


  1. Bring the chicken strips to boil in a saucepan over medium heat till its tender.
  2. Now set it a side.
  3. Bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  4. Cook until it is reduced by half.
  5. Add in the cream and garlic mince.
  6. When the mixture comes to a simmer reduce the heat to low.
  7. Beat the egg yolk and slowly whisk half of the cream mixture to warm the eggs.
  8. Turn off the heat and whisk the egg mixture into a cream sauce.
  9. Put half cup of cheese.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Mix the chicken strips into the sauce.
  12. Now put the boiled hot pasta back into a pan.
  13. Pour the cream sauce over it and stir well.
  14. Cover and let it sit for a minute.
  15. Add the remaining cheese on top.
  16. Again stir well.
  17. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  18. Serve hot and enjoy.
