Talking about Butterball Farms Garlic Butter with Herbs

Since I have been working with ButterBall Farms roasted garlic butter with herbs, I have fallen in love with the many ways to use it and to make the flavor show up and be the star of the dish, Another way that I now will continue to use it will be as a barbecue sauce at my catering service we make a lot with barbecue components like rib, chicken and pork butts and when we smoke them we use one of our barbecue sauce to take that smoked meat to another level.

So, I decided to use the roasted garlic butter as a main ingredient to make a smooth and creamy barbecue sauce, One thing I like about making fresh sauces this is that it's homemade with great ingredients: tomato sauce, creole seasoning, brown sugar just to name a few. And the good thing about making this barbecue sauce or any barbecue sauce for that matter is that they are easy to make and when the sauce is done you have a barbecue sauce that is ready to go on anything to bring you great taste and bring you even better flavors. This barbecue sauce is nothing but a great flavor enhancer to anything you're adding to it too, Let's make some today.

Butterball Farm Roasted Garlic Butter B.B.Q. Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups of tomato sauce (I use Cento tomato sauce)

1 tablespoon of finely chopped shallots

1 cup of water

2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce

1/4 cup of grade B maple syrup

2 tablespoons of dark corn syrup

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce (I use Lea & Perrins)

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt

2 tablespoons of brown sugar1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce ( I used Lea & Perrins

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

2 teaspoons of creole seasoning

1 pinch of spanish paprika

1 pinch of chili powder

1 pinch of ground black pepper

2 tablespoons of cornstarch

1 tablespoon of water

1/2 cup of butterball farms roasted garlic butter with herbs

Methods

To begin cooking I am going to put together the overall barbecue sauce then add the roasted garlic butter last, My reason for doing this is the roasted garlic butter has already been cooked so I will add it at the end so it can simmer into the barbecue sauce to bring in that roasted garlic butter flavor, Trust me you will taste the roasted butter flavor in the sauce and it will also make it really creamy.

Using a large heavy-duty saucepan on a medium low heat, mix together the tomato sauce, shallots, 1 cup of water, sriracha, maple syrup, corn syrup and brown sugar now continue to add the worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sea salt, creole seasoning, spanish paprika, chili powder, white and black pepper. Allow the sauce mixture to simmer on low heat for 30 to 35 minutes and continue to stir to keep these ingredients blending together.

What I did while the sauce was starting to blend in the flavors, Using a small glass bowl, add your cornstarch and a teaspoon of water and using a teaspoon stir to dissolve the cornstarch if more water is needed then add a little more.

When the cornstarch is fully dissolved stir the cornstarch into the barbecue sauce, blend well and let the sauce continue to simmer for 5 more minutes so the cornstarch can start to thicken the sauce, At this point lower the temperature on to very low heat now add the the butterball farms roasted garlic butter to the sauce and mix in very well so all of the ingredients can blend together and let it continue to simmer on that low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

After the cooking time has ended you should have a nice creamy roasted garlic butter barbecue sauce that is ready to be used on any barbecue or anything you want it to go with, Try it and enjoy.
