Pot Brownie Cookies

What You'll Need

  • brownie mix
  • flour
  • eggs
  • infused oil
  • water
  • Morsels of your choice (Peanut Butter, White Chocolate, Semi-Sweet, Mint, etc)

How It All Comes Together

Ingredients:

  • 1 18.4-ounce brownie mix (dry mix only)
  • 1 - 1.5c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup infused oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup or more (I like butterscotch for these cookies) the morsels can be of your choosing (Peanut Butter, White Chocolate, Semi-Sweet, Mint, etc)

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees

In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, water. your mixture will be a runny batter.

Add flour a small amount at a time until the mixture goes from batter to cookie dough, you probably won't need to use all of the flour, fold in your morsels when it is still wet, and once combined chill for at least 10 minutes before spooning the dough onto your cookie sheet.

Your cookies should be 2 inches apart before baking.

Bake cookies 12-14 minutes
