Broiled Both Sides - Top and Bottom
Remove husk. Remove silk. Preheat broiler.
Prepare pan with aluminum foil.
Spread butter on the corn. Sprinkle seasoned salt on foil. Roll corn across salt, so it's evenly across corn. Not too much ...
Place ear on foil. Place under broiler. Set timer for 10 minutes. Flip over, set timer for 10 more minutes.
- 1 ear sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teasooon seasoned salt, to taste optional
Peel and Remove Silks
Roll Ear through Seasonings
Place Under Broiler for 10 Minutes
Flip Over - then 10 Minutes Again
Up Close - Gently Browned and Caramelized
Well. It cooks the corn, but it's not my favorite. My corn became hard and almost inedible. Perhaps, leaving the husks on (after soaking with water) would have worked better.
It works on the grill with husks on.
