To make any basic smoothie you need just three things:

  • fruit
  • creamy base
  • liquid.

In this basic smoothie recipe I am using strawberries as fruit, banana, hung curd, condensed milk for the creamy base and milk as a liquid.

This makes for a very creamy & satisfying smoothie . Try it and give your feedback .

  • 9-10 strawberries, chilled & sliced
  • 1/2 banana, chilled & sliced
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 cup yoghurt, made into hung curd
  • if needed ice cubes

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled.
