BBQ is a type of dish which everyone like it the most. Specially the young generation. We can eat this with naan, roti or rice. Someone eat it without any roti rice. It has delicious and mouth watering fragance. If someone feels that he does not need to eat anything because of its fragrance one can eat it. BBQ is a type of dish which we can do in the open air environment, or indoor environment. We can cook in stream or in fry pan. You will definitely like this recipe.

For the BBQ:

  • 1 kilogram chicken, tikka boti
  • 2 tablespoons ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon kashari powder
  • 2 tablespoons red chili powder
  • half cup yogurt
  • 8 pieces kabab dana
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 5 tablespoons oil

For bbq Sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 5 tablespoons mayonaise
  • 5 tablespoons bbq sauce

For yogurt:

  • half kg yogurt
  • half teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 kilograms podina


  1. Cut the chicken into the form of tikka boti.
  2. Now wash the chicken properly.
  3. In yogurt add kachari powder mix properly.
  4. In this yogurt mixture add red chilies, kabab dana, garlic ginger paste, salt and oil mix it.
  5. Leave this mixture for about half to one hour.
  6. After 1 hour, stream the chicken on to the koyle.
  7. Brush out the chicken with the oil. After some times.
  8. Then rest it for 20 minutes.
  9. Serve it with the bbq sauce and yogurt.
  10. Easy to made recipe.
  11. For making the sauce: In a bowl, add ketchup, mayonaise, and bbq sauce together, mix with the help of spatula.
  12. For making Yogurt: In a bowl, add yogurt, salt, ponida and mixx in a blender for about 3 minutes of proper mixation.
  13. After mixing, pour in a bowl, check the yogurt taste.
  14. Serve the bbq boti with its sauce and yogurt raita.
