About banana pudding poke cake

This is my all-time favorite cake. It's super easy and fast using store-bought cake mix but so good, and it is always a hit at any gathering you take to.

  • 2 cups Sliced banana
  • 1 box Vanilla wafer cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking dish with spray oil.
  2. Make cake mix as the package says but instead of eggs, add the mashed bananas. Mix with a hand mixer at medium speed until thick and smooth. Stopping to scraped sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Spread in to bottom of baking dish
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
