- I would give Shake N Bake an even higher recommendation and cook with it even more often if it did not contain MSG but unfortunately it does contain MSG.
As great as it tastes, I’ve cooked with Shake N Bake only a few times in recent years. Here in this article are a couple of food photos from when I cooked both chicken and shrimp using Shake N Bake brand crispy buffalo seasoned coating mix for chicken.
Both the chicken and the shrimp were baked. Shrimp cooks much more quickly than chicken. The chicken and the shrimp which have different cooking times were cooked separately in separate baking trays using the same Shake N Bake brand crispy buffalo seasoned coating which is so flavorful that there was no need to add other spices in addition.
I give Shake N Bake crispy buffalo seasoned coating mix four stars out of five stars. Shake N Bake has been around a long time (I have known it since my childhood) and it has stood the test of time for helping home cooks to prepare very flavorful meals.
