Chicken mixture preparation: In a chopper, add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, onion, coriander, salt, red chili flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, hot sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, cornflour, all-purpose flour, egg, lemon juice, crushed bread slices, chopped it well and chill for 30-40 minutes. Now chicken mince is ready.

  • Chicken leg bones: Now take a bowl, add chicken leg bones, chili sauce, soy sauce, black paper, vinegar, and salt, mix it and rest for 5 minutes.

  • Assembling: Grease your hands with oil and take a handful of the prepared mince mixture. Flatten and cover the bone with mince, making the shape of a drum stick and then coating with plain flour. Refrigerate for ½ hours.

  • Chili sauce preparation: Add water, ginger garlic minced, salt, chili flakes, sugar, lemon juice, hot sauce in a saucepan and turn on the flame, and stir. When it starts boiling, low down the flame and add slurry while stirring continuously. Cook until thickened and take off the flame.

  • Fry chicken drumsticks: Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry until fully cooked and golden brown. Serve drumsticks with chili sauce.

For chicken mince:

  • 6 chicken legs
  • 3-4 green chilies, (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, crushed
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup onion, (shredded & squeezed)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • All purpose flour, (for coating)

For leg bone:

  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black paper, powder
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

I have never had chicken cooked like this, Urwa. I would like to try it, but no hot sauce for me as my stomach doesn't tolerate it. I think it would be good without the hot sauce. Thank you.
