- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- Half cup Chocoa Powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- Half cup Milk
- Half cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Half tsp Baking Soda
- Half Lemon or 1 tsp Vinegar
- Almond Essence
- 10-15 Almonds for Garnishing
In a bowl, add half cup of luke warm milk and sqeeze half lemon or add 1 tsp of vinegar, rest it aside to make butter milk for about 15 minutes.
Take a blender, add 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, butter milk, Half cup vegetable oil and almond essence. Blend these things for about 5 minutes.
Take a bowl add 1.5 cup all purpose flour, 1tsp baking powder, half tsp baking soda stain then and mix with hand whisk. Add eggs mixture in this flour mixture, mix with the help of han whisk.
Now divide in equal half this mixture in a separate bowl. In 1 bowl add yellow colour and in 2nd bowl add half cup of chocoa powder mix it.
Grease the 8 inches pan with oil apply butter paper. Now pour with spoon 2 tbsp yellow mixture in the center of the pan up it 2 tbsp chocoa mixture, pour all the batter in this same method.
Take a stick, draw the + lines in the batter, then draw in the opposite direction, batters looks like a flower.
Preheat the oven for 20 minutes, bake the cake on about 180C for about 30-35 minutes.
Your cake is ready, Garnish with the crush almond.
