Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Olive oil
  • Grated feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Crack 3 eggs in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon water, some salt and pepper in it, whisk them well, and set aside.
  2. Heat the pan over low flame, and pour some olive oil in it. Add 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic and 1 cup chopped spinach in it. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, and set aside.
  3. Take a nonstick pan, and melt 1 tablespoon butter over low-medium flame. Now add the beaten eggs in it and cover the pan. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
  4. Now add above cooked spinach in the eggs and sprinkle grated feta cheese, some salt, and black pepper powder, all over it. Fold it.
  5. Cook it for 1 more minute. Your delicious and super healthy spinach cheese omelette is ready. Bon Appetit.
