1. Egg with Capsicums

Ingredients:

  • Two capsicums
  • Two eggs
  • One tablespoon of oil
  • Red pepper to taste
  • Black paper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • One tablespoon of mozzarella cheese
  • Chips 2 slots

Prep time: 2 min

Cook time: 8 min

Total: 10 min

How to make it?

  1. Capsicum can be taken in any color. Cut it out and take a slice out of it. And remove the middle part.

2. Place the pan on the stove and oil the pan (Grease the pan). Then place two slices of capsicum in the pan on the middle flame.

3. Cook the capsicum slices for half a minute and keep changing sides.

4. Put a little oil in both the slices and add egg each.

5. Now spread some spicy or salty chips on top of the slices.

6. Then spread a little chopped red pepper, black pepper, salt, and mozzarella cheese and close the lid for 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.

7. And keep the flame low. Spread green coriander on top.

2. Noodle Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • Noodles 1 Pack
  • 1 cup of water
  • Onion 1 small size
  • Tomatoes 1 small size
  • Two capsicums
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Cook time: 5 min

How to make it?

  1. Put a cup of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. When it boils, add a packet of noodles. You can use any flavor you like.

2. Cook the noodles on low flame. After cooking, place the noodles on the side to cool.

3. Now put three eggs, onion, and tomato cubes in a bowl.

4. Chop two-colored capsicum, salt, and chopped red chilies.

(If the capsicum is of two colors, add half of both)

Now mix it well.

5. Now heat the pan on the stove and add oil to the pan and spread the omelet mixture well in the pan. Now close the pan with a lid and cook for two minutes.

(Cook until the egg is half cooked)

6. When the omelet is half cooked, spread noodles on it and add sliced cheese at the end. You can also add grater cheese.

7. Now lift the omelet from one side and fold it very carefully.

8. Now cook it again for two to three minutes and spread chopped red pepper and green coriander on top.

3. Egg Tost

Ingredients:

  • 6 bread slices
  • potato 1 medium size
  • Two tablespoons chopped onion
  • Two tablespoons chopped onion
  • Two tablespoons of chopped tomatoes
  • Two eggs
  • Half a teaspoon of oil
  • One teaspoon of butter
  • One teaspoon of salt
  • One teaspoon of red pepper
  • One teaspoon of pepper
  • Three to four tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Three to four tablespoons of ketchup

Total: 10 min

How to make it?

  1. Cut the bread slice with a knife and separate the outer part of the slice from the center.

2. Boil the potatoes, grater and put them in a pot. Add two tablespoons of chopped onion, tomato, and capsicum.

3. Now put two eggs in it and add salt, chopped red pepper, and black pepper.

4. Now add milk and mix well.

(Spice can do more or less as you like)

5. Now add one and a half tablespoon of chili sauce.

(You can also add Chili garlic sauce)

Preparation of the sauce:

  • Add three to four tablespoons of ketchup and mayonnaise to make a cone.
  • Put half teaspoon of oil and one teaspoon of butter in a pan.

6. Now place the bread in the pan and put the mixture in the hole inside the bread so as not to overfill.

7. Put the sauce on top of it and place them inside of the bread on top and press it lightly so that it cooks.

8. Keep the flame low. After cooking for two minutes on one side, change the side and cook on the other side for one minute and serve again with the sauce on top.

4. Garlic paratha

Ingredients:


  • Half a cup of wheat flour
  • Half a cup of flour
  • Half a teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Water as required
  • Melted butter with four tablespoons
  • Three to four tablespoons of green coriander
  • Half a teaspoon of oregano
  • One teaspoon of garlic
  • One teaspoon of chopped red pepper
  • Salt to taste

How to make it?

1. Put wheat flour and flour in a bowl, add salt and powdered sugar in it and mix it.

2. Now add a tablespoon of cooking oil to it. Put 1/4 cup of milk in a cup and add enough water to make it one cup.

3. Add a little bit of water milk in the powder mixture and keep mixing and make a good smooth lump-free beater.

The batter should not be too thick or too thin.

4. Now put four tablespoons of melted butter in a bowl. And add chopped garlic, red chili, salt, oregano, and green coriander. Mix them well and put the batter in a pot so that it is easy to put on the pan.

5. Now heat the pan. put the beater (mixture) in it and cook it on medium flame. When it is golden on both sides, put half a teaspoon of oil on top of the paratha and cook it like paratha.

6. Now put garlic mixture on one side of the paratha and cook for half a minute. Delicious garlic paratha is ready.

5. Healthy Frittatas:

Ingredients:

  • Half cup of carrots
  • Peas half cup
  • Broccoli half cup
  • Cabbage half cup
  • One boiled potato
  • Eggs 2
  • Half a teaspoon of chopped red pepper
  • Black pepper half a teaspoon
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of chicken powder
  • Half a teaspoon of oregano

Prep: 2 min

Cook time 4 mint

Steamed vegetable time: 15 min

How to make it?

  1. Cut the vegetables into cubes. To steam these vegetables, take water in a pot. When the water starts to boil, keep the vegetables inside the pot for 15 minutes to steam. Check the vegetables after 15 minutes.

(Vegetables can also be boiled in water)

2. Now put the vegetables in a bowl and put a boiled potato in it.

3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in the vegetables, add salt, pepper powder, red chili powder, and chicken powder.

(If you are not adding chicken powder, increase the amount of salt)

4. Now add oregano and mix well.

5. Now heat the pan and grease it. Put vegetable mixture into the pan from the spoon and set well. After cooking on low flame for one to two minutes, change sides and cook the other side for two minutes.
