Time to Crack Down
There are thousands of modeling agencies listed on the world wide web, but in many cases, they're nothing more than web pages offering pictures of scantily clothed young girls, wearing thongs, and placed in provocative and sexually suggestive poses. These sites advertise "100% No Nude" photos, yet, the pictures that are offered are sickening to anyone who has young daughters.
Of course, there are legitimate modeling agencies throughout the country, and it's best for one to seek them out locally prior to searching the net that promises to make stars of aspiring or established young models. Recently, a friend of a friend had engaged in a modeling and acting session and the web address had been given to my friend so she could view the her friend's progress. Everything appeared on the up-and-up and the session went well. There were several links on the page that had been viewed, and when one had selected, it opened a new site offering pictures of girls between the ages of 6 and 13 in very scantily attire.
My first thought was, "Where are the parents when these shoots are taking place?" Surely I thought, most of the parents of these girls didn't know the pictures were taken - I would allow no one to take those types of pictures of my daughter.
One of the problems one will encounter when searching the net for a legitimate modeling agency is not knowing what will open when clicking a link. Some pages offer several links which are placed on a page as banners. The pictures on MOST of these banners are disturbing in the way that they offer photos of teen or preteen girls in thongs or underwear in very provocative poses.
One suggestion when searching for a teen modeling agency is NOT selecting one that uses the words loli, lola, nymphet, hot, extreme, or anything that would suggest something distasteful.
I find it disgusting that there are so many sites that offer child pornography, and what's worse, they are easily accessible. I believe it is the search engines' duty to remove all supposed legitimate modeling agency listings if they offer suggestive poses of young children. Google's search engine posts a notice as such - In response to a legal request submitted to Google, we have removed 4 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read more about the request at ChillingEffects.org when certain results are questionable. Well, they are missing a whole lot of sites and I for one, would love to work from home to rid the web of these sick, demented people who, not only offer these provocative photos, but make a ton of money doing so.
The Bottom Line - Teens and preteens reclined on a bed, sitting in a chair, or bending over, camera shooting from the back, legs spread in a provocative pose... is this modeling or child pornography? I'm sorry, but I cannot see this as any type of decent modeling. My wife and I entered our son in a beauty contest some 20 years ago and most parents offered a portfolio of their children. Not one time did I observe a child, boy or girl in a provocative pose. These portfolios offered the viewers smiling faces of girls in frilly, bright colored dresses or sun suits; the boys, in jeans or slacks, sometimes shorts and shirts. So many of the modeling sites that offer pictures of young children today are disgusting, demeaning and cruel.
I for one would like to begin a campaign to petition the proper channels of the United States Government to close MOST child modeling sites down, and in cases where children are being asked to pose in provocative positions, there should minimally be fines levied against the webmasters. Government agencies use monies to pursue criminals involved in drug trafficking, prostitution rings, and illegal arms runners, why then, can't our children be protected from these predators? It does not take much effort to learn the names of the owners and webmasters of these sites.
It is an insult to anyone with a smidgen of common sense when these sites use the words,Non Nude, 100% legal, or Art in the description of their so called modeling sites. Offering a few 'eye candy' preview photos, then, if one is a bit demented, they can pay a sizable fee for a complete set of photos. I dare not imagine just how provocative or demeaning the photos in these available sets might be.
It's high time OUR government cracked down on child 'modeling' sites in the United States.

I posted on this site about 5 years ago saying how I wished the sides would be removed.I've reported several sides if not hundreds over the course of the last 5 years and would like to say that a lot of the sites I have reported have been removed. We can make a difference and we should. Anytime anyone sees the side that is distasteful of these child models Turnitin - asacp

If you do come across one of these sites. Where can they be reported to? Personally I think anyone that takes pictures like that of children needs to be locked up with murderers that have daughters of their own. Ere is a fine line between modelling and child pornography. Personally if I had a daughter. She wouldn't have any pictures taken of her unless she is covered neck to toe with no skin showing.

wow guys seriously I saw a few of these sites tonight and I'm appalled! I cant believe. I'm from canada and Im pretty sure we do NOT allow things like this to happen... and let me tell you we would put a stop to it ASAP! this is shocking that we even have to try and convince each other that this type of this should be allowed! wow... the world we live in.

The poses they put these little girls in ARE sexually suggestive and there is no one who can say a word of argument otherwise. Under the age of say 12 I think their non nude posed in sexual positions is absolutely disturbing and sick no matter what country it is. After 12 is still SO questionable and depending on the position and clothes and level of sexuality, still on the sick side. But fact is that even kids as young as 2 get aroused and rub themselves. That is NOT an argument that it is ok for grown adults or even other kids to be getting off on them. But MAYBE a reverse age barrier law makes some sense for these kind of things. Kids are beginning to be sexually active around the age of 12, kissing or whatever they feel is in their scope that they can get away with. So maybe having young girls 'non nude' out there no younger than 12 for sure, but maybe not younger than 16 for kids in their age range, but block these sites from people more than an acceptable age range away. Does that make any sense? Sexual development is important. I think hiding it from your kids can only make them grow up to be one of the many sick fucks out there. I don't see a problem with a 14 year old wanting to rub off to 12 year olds , but I do see a huge problem with a 16+ year old wanting to for sure. I don't see anything wrong with a 25- wanting to have sex with a 16+, but I do think its too much of a stretch after 25 and even that may be a push. The point is that expressing ones sexual desire is important to our psychology, and for kids 12 - 17 most parents definitely would rather their kid get off to pictures or videos than with another kid. And there is another issue to consider. Maybe an even harder one. When I looked into these sites I found naturist sites with girls of all ages completely nude but not in any even lightly sexual way, and I found no offensiveness in this at all. Where all these non nude sites were consistently posing girls that could have been as young as 2 sexually. Still despite being non sexual I am still inclined to say that I believe it is NOT ok to EVER take a picture of a child nude, especially at an age of pre sexual awareness. Just because its not sexual of nature doesn't mean some sick fuck isn't out there fucking his fist over it(or hers it may seem in the US). This is a rough subject, because you don't want to draw a line to low, but you have to remember being a kid too. I know I used to masturbate and get SO horny over being naked when I was only 5. I would dream of seeing the girls I went to school with naked and fantasize over having various sexual contacts with them even though I didn't fully know what I was fantasizing about. I had my first sexual contact with a girl when I was 6, we would rub each other. I caught my brothers daughter fucking her car seat buckle when she was 2. So healthy sexual expression is definitely a part of life even for kids.

Kids should feel sexually comfortable and flaunt their beautiful bodies, booties and skin, all the time! I say: "Use it, and enjoy it while it lasts".
Once they grow up, no sane person (sane = not in love, personally insecure or motherhood obsessed) would want to see them naked. This is the very reason why humans decided to wear clothes in the first place - because the ADULT physique is a sad atrocity, nothing more.
Don't deprive the children of their ONLY lifetime chance to feel wanted and desired, simply because you find it tasteless - what kind of a heartless creature are you?
I didn't have the opportunity to prove that I was sexy, I don't feel sexy and since I am an adult, the closest I might get to that recognition, is to manipulate and convince some half-wit (s)he loves me, and then use those emotions of loneliness and longing to take advantage of and "trick" them into having sex with me, which they would not ever naturally do, of their own volition. I can NEVER be truly sexy (as in, only the flesh/genitals alone!) ever again. And I will envy and covet that forever. In rage.

Most of these sites are based out of countries such as Russia and Amsterdam where, like it or not, it is completely legal. And they are actually allowed by law wheras they are on the internet. The laws pertaining to the internet are few and thinly strung so to speak. Being a global media, no one country or government has the right to enforce what may or may not be put on it, unless those posting are in that country. For instance, if someone in the US put up nude pictures of a child, they can be arrested, the pictures removed, etc. But, if someone in Russia puts up a site with similar pics, but it is legal there, then there is nothing any other government can do to remove it from the internet.
You have to keep in mind that there are different cultures from ours that may view these sites as ok or normal. Where men take wives we would still consider children (10, 11, 12 years old). We may find it deplorable, but that is how we have been brought up in our culture. I actually have a friend (now 28), from Amsterdam who doesn't understand the fuss. To the culture she was raised in, its ok and normal. (Shrug) personally, it isn't something I care for. But I understand that its not the place of the US to start imposing its own will upon other nations due to our differing views. The best way I can look at it is that if you find it distasteful, do as I do and simply avoid it.

What's all the fuss over these child model sites? Go to any public pool or beach and you see young girls laying on their stomachs with their legs spread open or doing cartwheels. So? You don't see the Feds arresting the parents do you? There's pics of gymnasts and contortionist everywhere and their poses are way more provocative then the child models. I've seen a contortionist do her thing at a mall once and she puts her legs over her head, her chest flat on the floor, exposing her privates for all to see. And that's not the only provocative pose she did. She was about 8 or 9. I don't see the Feds arresting anyone at those events. I don't see any difference in the poses of child models and gymnasts or contortionists. Why no uproar over contortionists? the writer of this article finds child model pictures sickening but not gymnast poses or contortionists? Come on let's get real here. It's called hypocrisy folks.

There's a few new legal developments that need to be mentioned here. Did you know that the Supreme Court has declared that child models no longer have to be even "semi" nude for their photos to be considered Child Pornography!? The kids can be "fully clothed" and if the court decides that the images are "suggestive" in any way, your === is legal HASH!!! No "nudity" required!! Do you know what THAT means!!??? It means that 1. All those "non-nude" child modeling websites go WAAAAY off into illegal territory!! And.2, it means that those so-called 100% "LEGAL" websites are probably now being run by the COPS and the FEDS!! And when they tell you that those websites are 100% "LEGAL", they're 100% "LYING!!" Man, if you've ever visited any one of those so-called "LEGAL" child modeling sites, it's probably just a matter of "time" before they get to YOUR I.S.P address (now located on their servers ) and "BAM!" The authorities will be bustin' down your door!!! It's probably too late to stop that now. If you have NEVER visited any of those so-called non-nude child modeling sites, take a nickel's worth of free advice, and STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! Those websites are devastatingly EASY to visit! And ALL sex-offenses are 200% "ZERO LIABILITY" crimes!! Hey hey hey, you try to view kids in the nude ( or "NON" nude ) and believe me, you'll PAY PAY and PAY!! That's all I gots to say!

Just did a few bing image searches for non nude modeling. Now I am afraid I may be sent to prison, thanks. How does bing allow topless photos of children in their image search results. Can you get arrested just for searching the topic in bing images and all this stuff pops up? I did not click on any of the links but bing has infected my laptop with this filth. Would a simple image search be illegal? I would assume topless or nudity of anykind would not be legal in the U.S.

Here is some super honesty. I have no kids so I don't have that parent view on the closeness and wanting to care or protect a kid as they would. I am a man of thirty years. I went to these sites and found myself a little aroused by what I saw. This disgusted me. I am a man engaged and I love woman WOMAN! I have to say this kind of crap is what causes our world to become perverted. At first I was confused as to why it aroused me, but then I realized look at what they are wearing. Butt cheeks hanging out, smooth thighs, things I am use to seeing on woman. I do not want to see it on a girl or even a boy which I came across. His butt CHEEKS WERE HANGING OUT OF HIS SHORTS! WHY!!!!!!!!!!! So I agree this kind of modeling is dangerous and yes it needs to be stopped. Just being honest and to all you parents hold your babies protect your babies boy or girl and let them know they don't need to show so much skin in order to be seen as beautiful! A true model scout will know right away if that child is marketable without seeing any skin! Peace!
