Synth A/B Single Review: "Goddess" by Sonic Gap
Sonic Gap's Goddess intermingles calming sounds with intense energy as it unfolds. Sonic Gap weaves a plethora of unique synths together to create an ear-grabbing end result.
“Goddess” starts off as powerful drums pound with bluff force and luminous arpeggios create aquatic calm above the low end’s force. Twirling, distorted synth carries a melody with a celebratory quality into the track.
Tightly wound synth adds dynamism as it arpeggiates while massive bass rises and falls as drums pulsate. Dominant energy pours from the bass before bright, digital-sounding notes climb above the thumping drums. Illumination from the computerized-sounding synth flares through the track now.
Digital-sounding synth bursts into densely trembling motion before floating back into tranquil arpeggios. Raised notes flit out above the interlocking drums and bass before shining synth cuts in. Arpeggios twirl as drums and bass throb with propulsive energy. Glistening, string-like synth climbs through the music as drifting arpeggios slide in circular motion as the track ends.
Widely flowing synth chords climb above lush bass as vocal sounds echo out over smoothly pulsing drums and bass to open “Mental Power.” Radiance pours from melancholy-tinged synth chords.
Chanting synth adds an ethereal quality while the drums rebound and bass glides. Deeply affecting emotion filters through the music as it unfolds. Meditative moods are created as the reverent vocal synth echoes into silence.
