Like Choice Music LA and Ktown4u, Music Plaza (musicplaza.com) is a music store that sells a wide variety of Kpop albums and merch. They sell CDs, DVDs, posters, light sticks, magazines, and photo books. For BTS fans, they sell a variety of BT21 merch. Music Plaza also sells official merchandise from SM, JYP, YG, and Bighit.

Is Music Plaza Reliable?
Before shopping online, always make sure you are dealing with legit businesses. Music Plaza is not a scam. It is a real business with a physical store located in the Korea Town area of Los Angeles for almost 30 years at 928 S Western Ave, Ste 107, Los Angeles, CA 90006. In addition to their physical store and official website, they also operate on eBay. They currently have 100% positive feedback on eBay with over 15,000 ratings. They also have a 4.5-star rating on Yelp.
When I placed an order for a poster on March 9, 2021, I received an email on March 10 thanking me for my order. The poster arrived on March 15, securely packaged in a mailing tube. According to the Music Plaza website, all posters are shipped in tubes.
You can pay using PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (offered by Shopify).
Unlike some similar businesses, Music Plaza offers USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping. This is a major benefit to buyers because USPS shipping costs less than UPS or FedEx. If you buy CDs or books, you can choose to ship using Media Mail. This is a slow shipping method but is much cheaper than competing shipping options. They also offer Priority Mail and First Class if you need to get your items quickly.
To avoid shipping charges, you can choose to pick up your order if you are in the Los Angeles area. Music Plaza will send an email to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up.
Cancellations and Returns
Make sure you absolutely want the items you are ordering because Music Plaza charges a 15% restocking fee for canceled orders. They offer a 48-hour grace period. You must send cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Music Plaza asks customers to take an unboxing video from start to finish. That way, if you receive the wrong item or the item you received is defective or missing something, they will know you are making a legitimate claim before they send a replacement or issue a refund. Small businesses are frequent targets of fraud and scams, so they have to protect themselves. You can protect yourself by filming the unboxing and going through everything you received to ensure there aren't any issues. In their FAQ, Music Plaza says they won't offer a replacement or refund without video evidence. They also don't take responsibility for any damage done during shipping. If an item was damaged in transit, you will have to make a claim to the shipper.
