Vidyut Jammwal has been a recurring name in the Bollywood industry recently. Long known for his unique and top notch action sequences, Vidyut has been appreciated not only in India but also internationally.

Trained in the ancient Indian martial art of Kalarippayattu, Vidyut Jammwal has been called the Gen Next Action Hero of Bollywood giving his fans some exciting never seen before action sequences in his movies.

The actor's fan base is called Jammwalions and they have been on the forefront in supporting and loving their idol. The actor has time and again appreciated his fan base and reminded them how grateful he is for their support. In 2020 amidst all the pandemic situation, though it's been hard for the world to rejoice, Jammwalions celebrated December like no other.

Vidyut Jammwal's birthday on 10th December 2020 saw multitude of surprises set up by the fan family that proudly call themselves Jammwalions. Among the many surprises were wishes from fans across the world and a campaign aimed towards furthering a noble cause.

#BeFansForACause Campaign by Jammwalions

What caught the eye among the surprises was the campaign video featuring Jammwalions named Jammwalions For A Cause. According to fans, this was inspired by the recent Project Cat campaign by Vidyut Jammwal uploaded by Animal Planet India.

Project Cat aims to conserve habitats of Tigers and help them survive in their natural habitat. They also look forward to doubling the tiger population by 2022 with this project. Discovery is working across 4 countries to put this dream project to work. Discovery and Animal Planet have been campaigning for donations regarding the same to their audiences. Among those than campaigned for the same was Vidyut Jammwal. This is where the idea was picked up by Jammwalions.

Started by a group of six Jammwalions, together they have managed to contribute Rs 28,000 to the initiative and have been joined in by fellow Jammwalions in the same. The team has been pushing the hashtag #FansForACause alongside the campaign and can be seen urging other fandoms to join in on the initiative and come together for a cause.
