Label: Happy Face Entertainment

Another Korean girl group that you will surely love. So, did you watched their music video already? If not, then I think you should do it now. Because this group really have a great debut song. The song is really pretty good. It is not that sexy nor cute. It is in between. You will just notice that you are singing and dancing together with this group. I am very hopeful and confident that in a couple of years this group will be recognized in the entertainment industry. They all seem super talented and look like they work well as a team.

Their agency stated, "With the liveliness characteristic of girl groups and a uniqueness to MINX, the group will hit the music industry with force in the second half of 2014. We ask for as much love and support as the girls devoted to preparations."

13. Mamamoo

Before debuting in June, Mamamoo had a collaborative song with Bumkey called "Don't Be Happy" which debuted on January 8, 2014. They also appeared in the accompanying music video. And collaborated with K.Will in the song "Peppermint Chocolate" featuring Wheesung and appeared in that music video as well, along with boy group VIXX. That song reached 10th place on the Gaon Chart's count of digital downloads for the week of February 16–22 and 11th on the overall digital chart for that week.

Mamamoo have such amazing songs and Mr. Ambiguous is the best song. Why did I say it's the best? Honestly, I don't really know why. I just like them as a group. I like their vocals. I like their music video. Especially when my idol Baek Ji-young made a cameo appearance on their Mr. Ambiguous mv.

After watching their music video, some lines from Mr. Ambigous stuck on my mind. See! I'm enjoying while watching and singing at the same time. So this is the effect of Mamamoo on me. I can see that Mamamoo had been trained for many many years and had been doing their songs for a long period of time before officially debuting as a group. The groups vocals sounds amazing. The rapping was very good as well. I think you should also watch Mr. Ambigous for you to appreciate this group also.

12. Lovelyz

Debut: November 12, 2014
Label: Woollim Entertainment
Baby Soul

The group with eight beautiful members. Don't be sad. All Korean girl groups who had debuted recently have also beautiful members.

Before debuting as a group, Lovelyz members were already exposed to entertainment industry. Baby Soul made her first appearance in 2011 by featuring in Infinite H's song "Crying" from Infinite's album, Over The Top. In 2010, Jiae made her first appearance as Infinite's younger sister in Infinite's pre-debut reality show Infinite! You're My Oppa. Jin made her first appearance in November 2013 with a song called "Gone" featuring EXO's Xiumin and child-actress Kim You Jung in the music video. And Mijoo made her first appearance in May 2014. She was featured as the female lead actress in Infinite's "Last Romeo" music video. Their debut album, Girls' Invasion, was released on November 17, 2014.

The group’s pre-release track “Good Night Like Yesterday” serves as a good introduction to the vocal prowess and introduces their dynamic as an eight member group. They really impressed me from the first time I watched their music video. I had watched it for 5 times and I was really amazed by their voices. I believe that this group really have the potential, they just need to show it more and prove to their fans that they really have the characteristics to be called as a new Korean girl group. Who knows those haters out there will learn to love this group.

11. Red Velvet

Debut: August 4, 2014
Label: S.M. Entertainment

They are the first group S.M. Entertainment debuting in five years after f(x). The group that made me dance while watching their music video. I don't care what the haters will say but for me I enjoy watching Happiness and I think I already learn the steps. I feel the interaction between me and this group. Don't overreact guys. I always believe that simplicity is beauty. That's why I love them and their music videos.

So before debuting as a group, three of the four member of Red Velvet were previously part of S.M. Entertainment's pre-debut team, S.M. Rookies. Seulgi, the first member who joined the agency, was brought in through an audition in 2007. Irene, the next member to join the company, was cast in 2009. Wendy auditioned through the SM Global Audition in Canada in 2012. Joy, the member who wasn't part of S.M. Rookies, auditioned through the SM Global Audition in Seoul in 2012.

While watching their mv Happiness I like to dance with them. Some complained that they won't succeed in the entertainment industry but I guess those people saying it were all wrong. As for me, the members have the ability to interact with the audience as I have mentioned above. See, while I'm watching their mv I noticed that I am dancing and following the steps. They really have a catchy song and I like their vocals and raps. Plus I really like their cute hairstyles and their colorful highlights.
