After watching “Blood” I made a plan of writing a hub about the coolest and most handsome vampires in Korean dramas and movies. Let’s say that the cast of Blood caught my attention not just about their acting but also how handsome they are as a vampire. This drama might not receive high ratings but I really enjoyed how the writer wraps it up. There are many mysteries that I thought I know at first but actually not. Shocking revelations that makes me watched again the previous episodes so I can find any hints but it’s actually clean and no stain. The medical terms that were used in this drama and how they explained it which only means that the writers have knowledge about it. And of course the cast especially Ahn Jae Hyun and Ji JIn Hee who make me fall in love again with a vampire character in dramas. I am not really good at judging drama’s and movies but I highly recommend Blood in your list of dramas.

So now, Blood is actually the reason why I came up on writing this hub. What if I will make an article that will talk about vampires? Let’s just talk about how much we loved these vampire characters. So get ready as I will present to you my top ten coolest and most handsome vampires.

Note: The list is not in order. Just enjoy it.

10. Na Do-yol - Vampire Cop Ricky

I know some fans might be laughing at me upon knowing that Kim Su-ro is included on the list. Some would think of, “What he’s doing on the list? Are you serious in including him on the coolest and most handsome vampires?”

Honestly, I don’t find him attractive nor handsome but he is a very talented actor. And he is very cool and funny in portraying the character of a vampire. I will not force you to believe me or watch Vampire Cop Ricky but he really makes me laugh throughout the entire movie.

9. Kim Sung-yeol - Scholar Who Walks At Night

You love to watch K dramas? You love vampires? Then let’s welcome Lee Joon-gi to the vampire world as he plays the vampire Kim Sung-yeol in the 2015 drama Scholar Who Walks The Night. The first time I hear of this drama I only thought that it is another Korean historical drama but when I watched it my mind changed. A historical fantasy drama who actually centers on the story of a vampire.

Lee Joon-gi plays the character of Sung-yeol, a vampire who is continuously haunted by the death of his first love. So vampires know how to love also. But thinking of Joon-gi plays as a vampire makes me crazy. He is already handsome and cool in real life, what about as a vampire in a drama?

8. Louis - Vampire Flower

Korean actor Seo Jae Hyung plays the character of Louis, a vampire who finds the vampire flower that was tucked away deep in the land of vampires.

I’m not familiar with him but because of Vampire Flower I become interested in searching for his profile. He’s a total package. Do you find him attractive? If he will become a real life vampire, what will you do?

7. Nam-gul - You Are My Vampire

Let’s not also forget movies related to vampires. Korean actor Park Jung-sik plays the character of a vampire in this movie. He is very strange person who request that his side dish will not contain garlic which made people around him think that he is a vampire. It is not a new story for us about vampires who hate garlic. Even in my country when we noticed that a person hates garlic then we will come up of an idea that this person is aswang (supernatural people just like vampires) and etc.

What if this situation will happen to you? A handsome man will approach you but you never knew his identity. Then one day you will discover that he is a vampire. What will you do?

5 & 6. Lee Soo-hyuk and Kim Woo-bin - Vampire Idol

Next on the list are the vampires from the youth sitcom “Vampire Idol”. Can you guess who are these vampires? I’m sorry guys but I only choose two of them. And it’s Lee Soo-hyuk and Kim Woo-bin. I personally choose them not because they are popular in dramas but because they were actually cool and handsome vampire.

Twenty two years old vampire, Lee Soo-hyuk is one of the prince’s servants in Vampire Idol. He is also talented and became the vocalist of Vampire Voice band. He is vampire who plays guitar and drums who always craves for blood.

Kim Woo-bin is another vampire who has a super-sharp hearing. What makes you excited upon hearing of the name Kim Woo-bin? Woo-bin is really good at it. I mean there is no question on how he acts as we’ve watched him in dramas like School 2013 and The Heirs. But since he is a vampire in this sitcom, it makes you think of how he looks, and how handsome he is as a vampire.

4. Min Tae-yeon - Vampire Prosecutor

If Korean dramas have vampire idols, doctor, students then there is also a vampire prosecutor. It is literal, a prosecutor who is a vampire and uses his ability to solve different cases. Vampire prosecutor is highly recommended drama if you love vampires and would love to watched more vampire series.

It is really difficult to be a vampire in real life but Tae-yeon never lives the life of a vampire. How does he survive? He drinks the blood of dead people and lives as a righteous prosecutor. That must be good for him! Being a vampire, he has the ability to tell where the victim of his cases died and what are the reasons behind their death. That’s pretty cool!

Who would have thought that actor Yeon Jeong-hun will became a highest rated vampire and the best prosecutor in Korean dramas?

3. Han Si-hoo - Orange Marmalade

I know it! CN Blue fans went crazy upon knowing that Lee Jong-hyun will play a role of vampire in a drama. Don’t worry guys I also can’t sleep for days when I watched him in Orange Marmalade though he is just in a supporting role. What’s more important is that how he played his role. Right?

Lee Jong-hyun is Han Si-hoo in this drama. He is a student, a vampire and a childhood friend to Ma-ri who was involved in a love triangle. He no longer relies on human blood as food but actually he hides his real identity to humans to avoid being outcast. Why it should be like that? I’m sure it’s hard for a vampire to control when he is craving for blood but they have already evolved. It means that he will no longer harms human being.

Oh, well! How I wish to be one of his classmates so I can witness when he transforms into a vampire. Do vampires really transform? Is he scary? No, he is not scary and I’m sure you will love him more.

2. Park Ji Sang - Blood

I became a fan of Ahn Jae Hyun since the first time that I watched him in the drama “My Love From The Star”. Honestly, I never think that he was older than me nor think that he is in mid twenties. Even my friends who are also a fan of MLFTS thought that he is a teenager.

If you think he is hot in MLFTS then I will say that he is cool and handsome in portraying his character as a vampire in Blood. In real-life, he really fits to be a vampire. Who would have thought that he is twenty eight years old now? In Blood, he must be in his thirties while people around him think that he is in his twenties. But in real-life, many fans think that he is a teenager but actually he is a human whose age is twenty eight but actually looks younger.

So what makes Ahn Jae Hyun, I mean Park Ji-sang to be included in this list? He is an outstanding vampire doctor who specializes in hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery in the best hospital in South Korea, Taemin Cancer Hospital. He is cold towards other people but actually he has a soft heart and wishes to be close to people around him. Those coldness, abilities and intelligence make him sexy.

1. Lee Jae-wook - Blood

I know all of us here are familiar with actor Ji Jin Hee. If you don’t know him then you miss it as part of your journey in the K Drama world. He is well-known for being the lead actor of historical dramas e.g. Dae Jang Geum otherwise known as Jewel in the Palace and Dong Yi.

In the drama “Blood” he is playing the main role of antagonist. Lee Jae-wook is the hospital chief of Taemin Cancer Hospital known for being a two-faced. He gains the trust of the entire employee in the hospital and even the chairman with his gentle demeanor but actually he has a dangerous ambition for power and cruelty.
