Jim Carrey: How far should I take this? How far would Andy take it?
The Hidden Review has watched "Jim & Andy: The great beyond" a film documentary behind the scenes about the film "The man in the moon" starring Jim Carrey who portrays Andy Kaufman, an American comedian that defines himself as a "Song and dance man" of which he never says jokes but jokes on everything by doing anti-humour. Jim Carrey who stars in this documentary formed of hidden behind the scenes clips and an interview he did, to introduce ourselves on this journey he did, while portraying Andy and walking us through in this Andy's life experience until his sickness, the tone and mood, the language and method acting Jim Carry deliver through these clips are unbelievable and interesting. In fact, we notice how deeply he went as an actor through this experience in forgetting himself totally and however appearing as an "asshole" as some people say. It defines in this interview how an actor can go far by creating a character in order to deliver a good experience to watch and make an eye commitment with the audience as he did while looking straight into the eyes of just one man, he was living into. His commitment is really big in this documentary, which shows us a thousand faces that an actor can deliver, this documentary is fun, enjoyable, and very engaging. The documentary is on Netflix, you can meet Andy there.
Congratulations cast & crew!
Thanks, Jim and Andy: the great beyond team!
