Draven’s Resident Evil (Corp. Umbrella) remix emphasizes the unsettling darkness of the original theme and adds his signature sound to the mix. As the track begins shadowed sounds float into cavernous space and a tug of nervousness moves. Distantly drifting chords are broken by shivering strings that cry out with intense feeling before hard-hitting bass surges.

Smoothly scudding snare drum touches the music as minor key, sharp-edged strings play a tense melody and the jagged bass edges batter. The track flows into open space as huge strings slowly tumble and hurting piano carries a gentle arpeggio. A rapid bass and drum assault commences, accelerating the music in a snarling rush.

Mechanical, skittering distortions break and speed, only to break again. Theremin trembles in a ghostly line and the strings add grasping energy over the urgent bass and battering drums. The howling, spectral Theremin cries and silence falls before one final sonic burst.
