Synth Single Review: "Red Rock Ridge" by Karl Vincent

Karl is a longtime freelancer who's passionate about music, art, and writing.

Karl Vincent’s Red Rock Ridge seethes with explosive energy and unfolds in a guitar-driven rush. Deep, reverberant guitar echoes in a downward sliding line as wind sweeps past. The guitar cuts in sharp lines, slicing into the music as heavy drums batter. Karl Vincent plays the twisting, majestic melody over the aggressive bass and drum drive. His guitar is powerful as he attacks with it in intense, leaping notes over the flourishing drums.

The melody has a charging forward motion to it, carrying feelings of victory and unfolding adventure. In Karl Vincent’s hands, the guitar leaps up and howls, cascading through writhing notes over the battering drums that launch the music. His guitar has a rich, thick tone as it dances through the music, singing of great adventure. The melody is relentless and full of dynamism as it explodes into the track over the drum attack. Karl Vincent’s guitar chops are undeniable here, whirling in intricate lines before the track ends.
