Synth Single Review: "Electric Storm" by PolarvoidX

PolarvoidX ’s Electric Storm is a wild, twisting synth journey across a complex soundscape. A repeating, twisting synth pattern with a higher howl of sound behind it opens the track. A nasal, wandering, digital pattern repeats along with female vocals that move into the track while the drums clash. The elevated synth line twists and repeats, bursting in with wandering sounds with a round nasal quality while the percussion taps along rapidly.

Ghostly sounds cry out and again the repeating pattern washes in accompanied by a distant, elevated guitar that carries a bluesy intricate melody. Ghostly, high synth swirls in again and the descending pattern circles around, roaming along as the drums shiver. The female vocals cry out again and the main musical pattern returns while the drums skip and shift. The emotive, blues-inflected guitar moves in before drifting synth shines out. We return to the main synth line and rapid drums to end on the wild voice of the guitar.
