Long Golden Blonde Hair (above)

I absolutely adore this hair color on Jen, and I wish she still wore this hair color. But it was very temporary. Jen switches back and forth to different shades of blonde these days. And I haven't seen any drops of red in her hair lately either.

Dark Brown Hair, Short (above)

Jennifer was 18 years old when she had this hair color and hair style. I will just say while it is not the worst hairstyle ever, let's cough it up to being one of the bad hairdo experiences we all go through when we're young. For some reason when we are teenagers most of us go through a stage where we choose odd hairstyles because we haven't blossomed yet and don't know what looks good on us. Oddly, Jennifer also looks like a young Tracey Gold here.

Reddish Brown Hair (above)

Jennifer Aniston was 21 when she had the long reddish brown hair shown in this photo. Here she is very fresh-faced and wholesome looking. She hadn't quite yet tackled the world. I don't think we realize until we're older just how long our babyfaces last -- sometimes way into our 20s. This is the stage before she went for skin tanning and started getting lighter hair colors.

Blonde Highlights in Red Hair (above)

This is an early Friends Jennifer Aniston. Her hair has gone from reddish brown to mostly blonde in red, and her hairstyle has matured as well. You can also see that she thinned her eyebrows out a great deal between the age of 21 and here.

Strawberry Blonde Hair (above)

Here was Jen at the height of her Friends fame. She had long strawberry blonde hair and a very young face. This portrait from the cover of Rolling Stone has remained one of the most famous images of her career.

Sandy Blonde Hair (above)

This is a popular hair color of Ms. Aniston in the past few years. This is the grown up Jen look. Funny that Jennifer is in her 40s and we are only starting to view her as a full grown up. I think we sometimes still imagine her as the young woman on friends, especially because she still dates and looks for that right guy. But with this hair, she is on the right track!
