Charlette is a certified K-drama addict and joined the club last 2019.

When a K-drama becomes a hit, people get hooked to them. Not just because the story plot is good, but also because they see visually good-looking pairs that portray the roles as if in real life they are real couples too. Some of them eventually will become an item because as they become closer in the drama or the movies, they will also get to know each other while seeing each other for how many months.

But before that, let us talk about what a Korean drama or K-drama is. Korean dramas are Korean television series. They are now all the rage worldwide because of the K-pop culture (Korean popular culture the "Korean wave") and because they are also available through streaming services like Netflix.
