What can you expect from this documentary film?

This movie will surely capture the heart of new ARMYs, and will possibly convert non-fans to new ARMYs as it highlights the many sides of BTS during The Wings Tour. It shows some of their concert performances, their dedication, hardships, interviews and other schedules within the duration of their tour, their bonding as a group that shows their goofy side, and their achievements in winning at the Billboard Music Awards and performing at the American Music Awards. It’s a very heartfelt movie that shows the seven members as amazing performers and professional artists on and off the stage, and as normal people worrying about things. They showed BTS on several countries including the following: (1) Seoul, Korea, (2) Sao Paolo, Brazil, (3) Newark, USA, (4) Los Angeles, USA, (5) Bangkok, Thailand, (6) Las Vegas, USA, (7) Sydney, Australia, (8) Tokyo, Japan, (9) Saitama, Japan, (10) Osaka, Japan, and (11) Taipei, Taiwan.

Unforgettable Moments

There are too many unforgettable moments in this movie. Being an ARMY, I pay attention to even the most trivial details, but the moments that make me happy are the ones that show their silly side and how they interact with other people. Like Jin laughing while working out and making his workout instructor laugh as well. And that viral clip that anyone can see once in a while on compilation videos on YouTube where Jin, Jimin, and JK are having their silly moments.

My most favorite funny part in this film is that part where they switched performance: V performed JK’s Begin, Jimin performed RM’s Reflection with a sexy dance, J-Hope sang V’s Stigma, Yoongi singing Awake had me laughing like crazy, and JK performed Suga’s First Love with a slapstick comedy by tripping during a dramatic finale. I also love their reaction when Bang PD announced they’ll be performing at the AMA’s.

I couldn’t, for the life of me, accept whenever any of the members are being conscious of their weight, so that part when Suga starved for 18 hours broke my heart. He starved for 18 hours because of a diet called 18/6. It’s an intermittent fasting where you abstain from eating for 18 hours, then eat all your meals in a 6-hour window. I would go crazy if I ever try this! I’d get super hungry and angry after maybe 5 or 6 hours of not eating anything! I love that part when RM said that they never seem to lose weight even while on tour, which is good, because that means they’re eating a lot.

Another moment that I love is Yeontan’s cameo in the movie. He’s too adorable and I love how the members play with him, especially when J-Hope had him dance while he was singing Mic Drop.

My most favorite part of them having so much fun is during their BBQ party. V played the piano with his impressive skills then suddenly played the wedding entrance as he summoned Jin. They ate plenty of food, and enjoyed their time by the pool, dancing then jumping into the water while Suga just watched them while drinking wine. Then, they all gathered together, Suga shook the champagne then sprayed it like a fountain. It was the party’s highlight.

Jin had his birthday celebration during their tour and he joked about being the one who set up the surprise party for himself, so the members were flustered thinking whether he’s telling the truth and that he pulled up a prank on them. I honestly do not know if he was just kidding or not, but knowing Jin, he was probably just kidding. This was one funny and unforgettable moment that shows Jin’s young spirit, despite the fact that he’s the oldest. After all, the members sometimes refer to him as, “the other youngest,” being that JK is the youngest, but Jin acts like he’s JK’s age most of the time.

RM’s speech during their final concert which was held in their very own country, Seoul, Korea, was one of the most unforgettable speeches that will forever remain in ARMY’s heart.

The ending credit showed clips of BTS during their humble beginnings, which are supposed to be cute and funny, but somehow, I was teary-eyed because they made me feel so proud of how far they’ve come. Especially that in this film, a lot of their hardships during the concert like having injuries, or almost fainting from being exhausted were shown. During the final commentaries, Jin said he doesn’t know what led to their success, but everyone knows it’s because of their hard work, dedication, amazing talent, genuine love for what they do, and most importantly, their constant gratitude towards ARMY.
